How to get on to the Destroyer chart.

Wanna be the biggest, strongest and mightiest  player in the whole game? This is a guide for those players who are aiming for the Destroyer chart. Most of the high-hitting ones have a high B.S.I. TO get on the top of the list however, you don’t have to focus on Attack and Defence, with a little bit of luck, it’s possible to get those monster hits and reach the top 25!

Stats:

You stats count a great deal on the damage you do.
Attack is using a 1:1 ratio, meaning that for every point in attack you add, you do one extra damage to the raid you hit, on a 1x hit. Adding 500 attack, translates to 20*500 = 10.000 extra damage while using a 20 hit on the raid. For getting bests results  put your stat points into attack.

Defense translates at a 4:1 ratio. To do the same amount of 10.000 damage, you need to add 4 times the attack (2.000) defense.

Some raids have an altered attack / defense / perception / health formula. For example, on a Fear raid, the formula is as follows : 4 x Attack, 3 x Defense, 1 x Health. In other words, for 10.000 extra damage, you only need 125 Attack points instead of the previous 500, or 667 Defense instead of 2.000, or, in this case 10.000 Health. Usually your Health / Perception amount does not contribute to the damage dealt to a raid, but in some cases they follow a formula specified on the top - right of the raid. For example :

Resources :

Attacking specific raids with different types of attack also contributes to the total damage you deal. For example, a Jormungan will only receive 75% of the damage you normally deal with stamina, if you use energy to attack it.
So if you would have done 100M with a 20 x stamina attack, using energy, only yields 75M.
Some raids reduce the damage to as low as 50%. So if you’re going for the destroyer chart, try using only stamina on raids.

Sets:

See the Blog for the best vs type set to use versus a specific raid (like Ed set vs dragons and so on).  In case you’re missing the top set, try to determine if your verses set is better than your best General Purpose one.

Keep our eyes open because some sets can proc twice or they increase crit hit % or boosts players att/def.

Mounts are big part of your damage. Here are some high proc mounts:
  • Turkey of plenty, Chimera, Iirithinian arrow master, Opulence, Sleet warlord, Boar of plenty, Dammed raven, Anonymous general’s lost.

Legions:

Usually legion proc isn't big so the most important thing is the legion bonus and how many gen/troops you can put in it. Bigger bonus and lots of troops and gens are always a good choice.

You can increase your legion power bonus with using gens which have legion bonus or passive boost. Also you can obtain more legion boosts from Er's, Wr’s, pvp and etc.

Troops/Gens:

Try using Generals and troops versus the specific type of raid you’re aiming for. Fill your versus dragon legion with generals and troops with extra damage against dragons. Or in some cases, look for troops that add attack to you versus the type of raid you’re aiming to hit.
For example a Glow Worm Goblin, will add 60 to the attack you do versus Nightmare Queen raids. Consider using him, even if his stats are a bit lower than other troops.

Always try to add Unique troops to the legion. They usually have a damage proc and also they proc more often and higher than gens., They are worth the spot it takes.

Highest hitting Gens/Troops
  • Tussao,Tinkerbella, Mimic, Cermarina,
  • Utym, Kraken, Vigbjorn, Bakku, Drogan, Aliyah, Claudia, Jack

Magics/Raids:

For magics see our full guide with recommended ones versus specific types of raids and
fill those open magic slots with any of the following ones as General Purpose oriented. Usually GP magics are better for higher proc.

GP/High proc magics:
  • Insanity laugh, Guster’s fault, Eotw, Sip, Gid. These magics gives big procs
  • Dragon’s Breath, From Iirhine With Love, Consume, Judgement. Solid high dmg.
  • Hemorrhage + Sword of Light. Need to be paired. Solid high dmg + huge  procs against Dragons
  • Fearless Advance. Solid high dmg and increase crit%

Ask magics from wc/kong chats. If you say that your raid needs destroyer magics it usually helps.

Choose raids with big health bar and lots of magic spots. Good raids for farming a big hits are usually Elite raids, such as Elite Karka, Elite Malleus and Elite Lady Cecile, Elite 5th Terror.

Also Fear, Euryino, Drakontos, Jorm and other big dragons are good for proc farming

Armaments:

Armaments can give you legion boosts and their  proc is  pretty high. All legions don't have armaments.

Potions and Runes:

Runes boosts your base stats and also some of them procs. If you don't have any good rune for specific raid type or gp  choose a rune which has highest amount of att/def boost.

There are lots of different kind of potions which gives you different amount power. They can add more stats for certain amount of time. Stats can be integral or some percent of your base damage.

Happy hunting!
