Quest Event: Black Hand Lieutenant!
For this week (until Maintenance on January 20th, 2017) in Under the Hood on Nightmare Difficulty, the following has been changed:
- Typical minibosses have been replaced with the Black Hand Lieutenant miniboss
- This miniboss drops Red Bandit Spoils which can be used to craft new recipes, including a new Medium sized raid!
