Raven set upgrade

With all the new Campaign content and discussion as of late, many players have voiced concerns about the future of the Raven set (especially the legion, Ravenguard). We still want to make the Raven set feel significant when you own it, and we’ll be introducing new versions hopefully this month (it might need to get pushed back a little bit depending on other content).
We knew when we made this set that it would require occasional upgrades and improvements, but it has been a bit longer than we intended for this set to get a fresh coat of paint.

The Magic Police

• Allowing summoners to designate what magics can be applied to their raid (basically allow a summoner to say what magic goes to what slot)
• Allowing summoners to ban out certain magics from being applied to their raids
• Adding timers/restrictions to the number of times a player can apply magics to a raid
