Tag dmg means that you will get loot and personal reputation from that node but the reputation gets halved if you do below FS. To get full rep you need to do at least FS (fare share which is raid hp divided raid max participants).

 First epic dmg means that you will get epic drops from node (best drops). First epics doesn't always mean that you have done FS
